For $995, I will draft a standard equity sharing agreement to govern your equity sharing transaction. Any requested additions or revisions will be charged at $29 for each one-tenth hour spent revising the standard provisions.
For $330, I will prepare a second deed of trust or mortgage to secure the Investor's investment in the equity share property. This would allow the Investor to foreclose on the Occupier's interest if the Occupier fails to cure a default.
For $220, I will draft a quitclaim deed signed in advance by the Occupier conveying his interest in the property (this would be as an alternative to the deed of trust or mortgage described above). This would be used by the Investor only if the Occupier defaults and will not cooperate. It includes a special Investor good faith declaration.
For $295, I will consult with you on how to take title to the property and prepare a deed to put all the equity sharing parties on title to the property.
For $445, I will review an equity sharing agreement you prepared using the form you received through HomeEquityShare.com. Modifications will be charged at $29 for each one-tenth hour spent revising the agreement.
For $995, I will draft and file all the documents necessary to create a standard limited liability company (LLC) to hold your interest in the equity sharing property for asset protection purposes. Any requested additions or revisions will be charged at $29 for each one-tenth hour spent revising the standard provisions.
For $29 per one-tenth hour, I will consult with you regarding your transaction.
